We accept purchase orders from only School Districts, Governmental Agencies, and Hospitals.

  • Purchase Order number
  • Name of contact person, title and contact information (address, phone number etc.).
  • Email address for the authorized purchasing agent .
  • Order details / requested products - quantities and descriptions and Item Number
  • Total approved dollar amount of order must be clearly stated.
  • Please include shipping charges if applicable. Ground shipping is free for orders of $75 or more.
  • Please include sales tax if the Ship To address is located in Nevada.
  • Authorized signature and title of signer.

Shipping Info:

  • We offer Free Ground Shipping on orders over $99 shipped within the contiguous United States. Flat Rate Shipping $5.00 on orders under $75.00
  • Shipping to HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO, GUAM, USVI, and any other US possession must choose 3 day or faster shipping method.
  • Our shopping cart will calculate your shipping fee for you at checkout (prior to paying) and give you the ability to choose what shipping method you would like.
  • Telephone orders (non-automated internet shopping) $2.00 handling fee will be added.
  • No sales tax outside California!* Sales Tax applies for items shipped to California.  
  • Most in stock orders usually are shipped same business day when ordered by 3:00pm Pacific Time. When calculating delivery, remember to only count working business days. Exclude Saturdays, Sundays and non-working holidays.
  • All orders are shipped FedEx, UPS, and USPS First Class & Priority Mail as its primary carriers. The choice of carrier for your particular order will be made based on size/weight of package and delivery location. We reserve the right to select any carrier to ensure the fastest delivery.
  • When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

    • Next Day Air Early AM : Overnight delivery by 10:30 am next business day.
    • Next Day Air : Overnight delivery by 12:00 pm the next business day.
    • Next Day Air Saver : Overnight delivery by 3:00 p.m. the next business day to primary delivery areas.
    • 2 Day Air : Delivery by 5:00 pm on the second business day throughout the U.S.
    • 3 Day Service : Delivery by the end of the third business day throughout the U.S.
    • Ground : Delivery Monday through Friday within 3-5 business days

    Defective Returns: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and 3 Months warranty on our compatible / remanufactured products.

    Toner4sale is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we have established the following customer-friendly return policies.

    How to Exchange or Return a Product

    Please notify us by email if you are returning an item so we can issue you a return authorization number(RAN). To ensure seamless processing, no product returns will be accepted without a RAN.

    Please includes all of the information below and send us email to request RAN:

    1. Full Order Number
    2. Item Name
    3. Return Quantity
    4. Reason for Return

    Upon your request, you will be issued an RA# (return authorization) and instructions for returning the product. via email within 48 hours. 

  • It takes 2-3 business days for us to process and re-ship or issue credit once we receive the product. We will notify you when a credit is issued to your account or replacement shipped. No cash refund after 30 days from shipment date.
  • Original name brand cartridges (OEM) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties, and not the If you have a defective OEM item, please contact the Original Manufacturer to verify the manufacturer's warranty. We do not accept returns of open any OEM cartridges, unless we made a mistake and shipped the wrong product. We do not replace or exchange OEM items , as we do not manufacture these items, and have no control over defects of material or workmanship that occur in these OEM products
  • Non-defective returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Any wrong items must be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • Open the wrong order item package will automatically disqualify the package for return. We will not issue refunds to customer.
  • All shipping charges are paid to the shipping company, thus we do not refund any shipping charges that has been used. Due to our extremely low prices, customer is responsible for return shipping charges to Toner4sale. We only pay for the warranty replacement shipping cost. It is our policy that no replacement or credit will be given if the cartridge is less than 60% full or worn-out when returned. This policy provides ample and fair testing to meet product satisfaction. All defective returns must be approved by our certified technician.
  • Important: Items must be packaged in their original product box. We are unable to credit any returns without the original product box. Please do not mark the product box. Any items returned with marks, stickers, tape, tags, packing labels, or writing on the product boxes will not be accepted and will not be refunded or credited.
